New OAR Leadership Announcements

Dr. Robert Detrick is the new Assistant Administrator for NOAA Research, Acting Chair of the NOAA Research Council and NOAA Climate Goal Lead. Dr. Detrick comes to OAR with an outstanding research and administrative background. Welcome, Dr. Detrick.

Dr. Lubchenco's statement on the FY13 Budget is available on the NOAA website, along with her presentation from the Feb. 16 budget briefing. Additional information on the NOAA Research FY 2013 budget will be provided over the next several weeks.
